What is permanent lighting?
A low-profile LED track system mounted under your roofline. It stays up year-round and you control it from an app on your phone — warm white for everyday, or any color and pattern for holidays and events.
Can you see the lights during the day?
Very little. The track is slim and color-matched to your fascia or trim, so it blends in with your home when the lights are off.
Does it hold up to Arizona heat?
The systems we install are made for outdoor, year-round use. We’ll walk you through the specific product, warranty and what to expect for our climate during your quote.
Can I set schedules?
Yes. Set it once and it runs automatically — Christmas colors in December, red-white-and-blue for July 4th, orange and purple for Halloween, team colors on game day, and warm white the rest of the year.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are installed in a single day. We’ll set up the app with you and show you how everything works before we leave.
How much does permanent lighting cost?
