Frequently asked questions
How early should I book Christmas light installation?
As early as you can. Install dates fill up quickly once October hits, and booking early gets you the most flexibility on your install week. Many customers book in September or October for a mid-November install.
What does professional installation include?
Your custom design, commercial-grade LED lights, installation, timers, service calls during the season if anything goes out, takedown after the holidays, and labeled storage so next year is even easier.
Can you put lights on palm trees?
Yes — palm trees are one of the most requested features in the Valley. We wrap trunks with even spacing and can light the canopy too, using techniques that hold up to wind and the natural movement of the tree.
Do I need to be home for the install?
Usually not. As long as we can access the outside of your home and an outdoor outlet, we can install while you’re at work. We’ll let you know when we’re on the way and when we’re done.
What if part of my display stops working?
Call or text us. Wind, a tripped GFCI outlet or a loose connection happen — we come back out and fix it so your home looks great the whole season.
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
It depends on your rooflines, number of stories, trees and the extras you choose (wreaths, garland, ground lights). Every quote is itemized so you can add or remove pieces to fit your budget. Request a quote and we’ll send exact pricing.
When do you take the lights down?
Takedown typically starts after New Year’s. We remove everything carefully, label it and store it for next season.
